Sutton Place Apartments

Our apartments are very spacious. There is a variation in price depending on the upgrades that we have done to the apartment, the highest priced ones have new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and a dishwasher. All have a refrigerator, stove, air... conditioner, and garbage disposal, and cable TV hookup. The apartments have large closets and wall to wall carpeting. We have plenty of off street parking, a laundry room in each building, a picnic area and a pool. Each apartment also has a french-style door in the living room which goes out to a patio or balcony, new windows and also a storage room in the basement. We even have new roofs. We have a 24 hour emergency maintenance service, too. We offer 12 month leases, with a 6 month option for the efficiency apartments. We accept up to two indoor house cats per apartment, with a $10 additional monthly rent charge per cat. We require an approved application for each adult, a security deposit, and the first month’s rent, prior to moving in. All residents will enjoy their own non-smoking apartment homes.
