Negligent & difficult landlord
Doesn't properly maintain property. Doesn't replace outside lighting or trim sprawling weeds until apartments are being viewed by potential tenants. Neglected to clear weeks worth of leaf litter until only storm drain in rear was clogged, flooding parking lot and ground units following rain. Doesn't follow state & city laws concerning the handling of deposits and has demonstrated this to multiple tenants. Building was recently renovated and units furnished with modern appliances. Good location... near T. Once again, landlord is not proactive and needs to be more accountable.
