Love living here
Great location, spacious layouts esp. 1 Bedroom apts. Older building (1960s) but well managed and maintained. Good value compared to surrounding Equity buildings.

Great location, major structural issues
Pro: Location, concierge, community
Con: Building has major structural problems, serious garage problems (constant leaking of corrosive material), "indoor air quality problems"), "Fire/Life safety critical repairs", dicey HVAC at best, needs major roof repair, water is rusty - plumbing and sanitary drains need replacement.
So if ALL OF THAT sounds good to you, have at it.

location location location
Did I mention location!!! Wow, right down the street from the esplanade and Charles river, 5 minute walk from TD Bank North Garden...go Bruins and Celtics! Faneuil restaurants and bars right there! The charm of Beacon Hill and Charles street around the corner. Whole Foods, bank, pharmacy, redline T stop, and Cambridge right across the river! Concierge building with all the amenities, parking, central air, gym, laundry, b-ball & tennis courts, swiming pool and much more! Quiet and serene... atmosphere! Did I mention location!
