Kensington at Chelmsford

I had a great living experience at Kensington for 7+ years, and strongly recommend this apartment complex. I would still keep living here in a single bedroom arrangement (and here versus other options in the area), if my family and I didn't start to need more space.

• Safe and quiet place, family friendly. You'll sleep well, have your peace. When I browsed apartments and decided on this place, some sites raised that the walls are thin where you can hear next door well. I might've been lucky… with neighbors, but it has been nice and quiet.
• Facility is very well maintained. Cleaned at least weekly, where the interior smells fresh or like nothing at all. As a resident - it's also up to us and our neighbors to treat our place well. And they send out effective and actionable newsletters, that make the place safe and hospitable for everyone.
• Things are reliable and don't break often (for me: 0 repairs per year, and maybe 3 max). When they do, the staff has been very responsive and gone in to make fixes the next day. The app / web portal for payments and requesting maintenance is good too.
• Friendly - among the apartment complexes I lived in, I admired that the staff knows you by name, and you can talk with them like any person you know. If you need anything, you can walk up easily to their office.
• Handy with packages - there's a code-based locker for any packages you get, say from Amazon.
Small things - I lived in a single unit, and always loved the raised kitchen counter space, and the built in racks in the master bathroom for holding things like clothes. The washer/dryer is right by the shower, so you can throw your dirty clothes in right before you shower. Read More
