Ashworth Lofts

I lived here for 2.5 years, and if I didn't have to leave, I would have stayed. The complex is impeccably clean and well-maintained, the office staff is wonderful, and the building is pin-drop silent at night. The building is situated in a nice residential area surrounded by families and if you have a dog, it's great for taking a daily walk. I lived here for two years, and it was one of my favorite apartments of the many I have been in. The staff was friendly and helpful, maintenance was quick when needed, and the view of Mount Hope Bay was fantastic. Wish I didn't have to leave!

Absolutely love living here! We have been residents since the building opened in 2022. Everyone is so friendly, the amenities are so convenient and maintenance handles all issues very quickly. Leasing staff are so nice and love the pets. The gym is a good size and has a peloton. Nothing but great things

I lived at Ashworth Lofts for one year before moving for family reasons. It was a great location, loved the natural light and the layout. Great amenities which are "low maintenance" for the staff to maintain. That being said, no pool or rooftop space which I would have liked considering the view. The Leasing office and Maintenance team are friendly and super helpful. Great spot if in between Boston, Providence and Newport - easy commute to all. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Maintenance is phenominal, but that's about it. Management staff do not have a lot of experience, nor do they know how to handle resident issues. Had issues with my apartment that were not maintenance issues.
