The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom comes furnished with bunk beds (double on bottom and single on top level). A well-equipped galley kitchen, pleasant full bathroom with tub and shower complete the unit. Outdoors, one can enjoy the large yard, rife with plentiful herbs and flowers.

Conveniently located just a stone's throw from Good Harbor Beach and scenic Bass Rocks. A local laundromat is a third of a mile from here. A short drive from downtown Gloucester with its restaurants, shops, and easy access to Route 128 makes Garden by the Sea one the best rental spots around.

Cable, internet and water/sewer included. Tenant pays electric heat.
