all my amenities are broken all the time and it’s frustrating. and not worth the money. i’m always putting in maintenance requests and it feels like every time something is “fixed” something else is broken.

Great Place To Live!

River Pointe has the best location. I mean, it is mins. away from all major highways and the grocery store is across the street. My one complain is the residents that don’t pick up after their pets.

Amazing Place And STAFF!!!!

River Pointe for me has been a wonderful experience. Hetal in the office is ALWAYS available to help/can questions. Every time I have had issue she always responds in a timely manner. I see Shaun/ignacio all the time and they are doing an amazing job maintaining the pool and fitness center which I love to use. This complex is old and I wish the units were upgraded but I can “overlook” that because of the service they give.

Excellent property

River pointe is a commuters haven because all of the major highways are just a few minutes away. This service you get from the office staff is exceptional, Hetal and her maintenance staff (Shaun and Ignacio) are incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
