Awful apartment complex

Living here has been a terrible experience for me. I was unlucky with my apartment assignment and live below the worst neighbors imaginable. Management has not done anything to remedy this situation, even though I have submitted many noise complaints over several months. At this point, taking legal action seems like my only option. I hope the administrative staff gets its act together otherwise the last few months of my lease will continue to be hellish.

A great apartment for the price

Colony Parks is one of the best apartments in Lowell for it's price range. The building exterior is 1970s and the interior was updated in the early 2000s. The building is kept clean and is mostly quiet. It's close proximity to the hospital results in some ambulance noise and it's close proximity to the river leads to occasionally loud party music outside. Other than that, I hardly ever have a problem with noise. I never hear anything from my neighbors.

The maintenance team is quick and... responsive anytime there is an issue. Overall, for someone looking for an apartment in the $900-$1000 range, this is a great fit.
