My new down stairs neighbor smokes a lot of cigarettes. So my enjoyment here has gone down. It was nice before that. I thought it was no smoking.

Slow on maintenance work orders. Trash area is not maintained frequently to the point where there are critters in the trash area even during the day. Assuming this is all due to the short staffing.
