Great place to live! Maintenance is always courteous and completing preventative maintenance. Office staff is courteous as well. Only downside is it can be difficult to find packages in the package room sometimes.

I really enjoy living in Summit Place. It is a quiet community with a great location easily accessible to highways. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance team is phenomenal and responsive.
