Noise Issues
If you get lucky, you'll have an up/downstairs neighbor who is quiet. The fact is, you can hear voices from the other apartment as if they were in the next room. Side to side, they did some (but not enough) noise proofing.
Beautiful place, but assume if you move here you need a noise machine and to say goodbye to anything that makes the slightest bit of noise.
And, yes, I live here, have for six months, and rented through Apartments.com
