Tzoamy and herTeam are AWESOME!!!

Hello, I hope this review helps you to make a decision about BerryFarms, my family and I have called Berry farms in North Andover home for over five years, since Tzoamy became our property manager everything and I mean, everything has gotten better, she and her team go out of their way to make Berry farms a safe friendly community. They organize fun community events for families, and are constantly improving our space, most recently a new gym and equipment, Tzoamy is always looking out for the… Berry Farms Community, she is always there to get whatever issue you may have resolved quickly and professionally, Nick and his Maintance team goes above and beyond to make sure all apartments are well maintained and he always checks in to make sure everything is running properly. I can’t say enough about Berry-Farms in North Andover it’s 100% stress free living.

Maintenance Request

Every spring the wasps & bees start to make a home on my deck & this spring was no different. A wasp decided that my miniature bird house would be perfect but Luis, one if our maintenance men, took care of the situation as soon as I put in the request. Thank you Luis for an excellent job!

Excellent Work!

My A/C wasn't working on the first hot day of the season. Maintenance arrived first thing and check everything. He found the issue and fixed it! He kept trying things finding nothing wrong but persisted till the problem was finally identified.

Maintenance does a great job always!

Longtime Resident of Berry Farms

I’ve been a resident of Berry Farms for eight years and I can’t recommend this community more. The office staff and maintenance team are by far the best. Their professional, efficient, patient and most importantly, quick to resolve issues should there be any. The grounds consistently are improved in this year. I was surprised to see tulips come up as that was another surprising edition. They go above and beyond both the office staff and the maintenance team.

Dryer

Dryer was making lots of noise. They fixed the dryer, replaced the front wheel and cleaned it. Great job!
