Maintenance very fast and efficient

Whenever I have had a problem in my unit. Maintenance comes and fixes it almost right away. They are very nice, knowledgeable and efficient.

Beautiful Community and great Management

I just moved into Residences at Great Pond today, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the beginning, the management team has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The property is beautiful, super clean, and very well maintained. You can tell they really take pride in keeping the community looking its best. The move-in process was smooth and everyone has been great to work with. I’m very excited to start this new chapter and make Residences at Great Pond my home!
