I just want to recommend anyone interested in luxury apartment living Rumney Flats is a great place to to explore and live I've been living here for 6 years and all 6 year's the property has been maintained immaculately apartments are spacious with great amenities and the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to assist you with any type of issue you may have if any issue arises Also I must give 5 star review to the maintenance team as I've said I've lived here 6 years and only had 4 minor... maintenance issues and every time I have put in a request for maintenance service the maintenance staff arrives extremely promptly and is very polite professional and knowledgeable and fixes the issue immediately and properly the first time As an example last week I had a minor maintenance issue and put in a maintenance request and within a half hour they were here and repaired the issue immediately as they have always done in the past and they'll explain and answer any questions you might have professionally and knowledgeable also during the winter they have a great crew who clear the parking lot and sidewalks down to the pavement and makes it very safe to drive in the lot and walk safely around the property and during the spring and summer the have a landscaping company that keeps the property looking like a 5 star resort by planting beautiful flowers around the whole property and maintaining the grass and trees in conclusion If you're looking for a safe , clean , spacious, well maintained and plenty of top of the line amenities , and a management and maintenance staff that will treat you with respect as they are extremely professional and knowledgeable I'd say give Rumney Flats a look I'm positive you won't be disappointed.

I have lived in this property for two years and have seen the rent increase to obscene rates of +$500 per year with little to no improvements made to justify the costs. The building layout is nice but the construction’s durability leaves a lot to be desired and the safety for pets and children with the large parking lots surrounding the property is to be questioned. Management has been neglectful and rude throughout my time living here and it has only gotten worse with time.

Waste of money, do not move here. After just moving in, the maintenance guy accused us of breaking the window blinds when they never worked to begin with. The fan in the bathroom, AC unit, and garbage disposal were all broken when we moved in as well. When we asked the maintenance guy to fix the disposal, he took a plastic chunk out of the disposal and left it on the counter with a note saying do not put plastic in the disposal! Kind of funny to be honest...They also just towed a borrowed car... after parking it for 2 hours in the lot. What an outrage. Do not move here! Read More
