There has to be better out there for the money...
I would not recommend this apartment and would look at other places if you are truly looking for a luxury apartment or plan on living here long-term.
The carpets in the halls are dirty and rarely cleaned.
There are dogs everywhere. They pee in the halls and even in the elevator. When you walk outside in the morning, it smells like urine from all the dogs peeing closest to the complex doors overnight. There is a dog park, but it doesn’t get cleaned and dogs get sick after playing there.... Owners do not clean up after their dogs and there is usually poop left on the ground.
The door to the complex entrance was broken and didn’t close and bugs were trapped inside the foyer after being attracted to the light. We would walk into a cloud of bugs some days. I don’t know if this has been fixed yet, but it was broken for months.
My car was hit while parked in one of the lots and no one even left a note. Management told me twice that an email would be sent to the community to see if anyone witnessed anything and they never did it. There are no cameras in the parking lots to record things like this.
The trash/recycling situation is not great. There is only one trash/recycling center for the entire complex and it frequently overfills because they only get it emptied once a week. Trash ends up piling up since its full and management blames the residents instead of having it emptied more frequently.
There is a game/rec room that looks nice, but it is located above management’s office. I was using the games and apparently making too much noise, so they asked me to stop because they were trying to work and were on a phone call.

Dear Nicole: I am sorry you did not have a pleasant experience at Quinn. We are currently in the process of replacing all the common area flooring starting in October. We are also adding Poo prints to confirm our pet offenders in 2023. We do take all... concerns seriously and take actions where we can. Unfortunately sometimes these do take longer for a variety of reasons such as part delays. We are also bidding out adding cameras to the parking lot areas. Emails were sent regarding your car but I wonder if you had a setting shut off to not see the mass sent email. I would be happy to discuss any of these issue as well with you.
