How Is This Rating Determined?

Avoid at all costs

Management has very little respect for the people that live in this complex. It shows in how they communicate with tenants, how they handle conflicts such as condo rule violations, and in the lack of common sense policies and procedures. Unless the management changes, I do not see it getting any better anytime soon. Avoid avoid avoid.
