Growing up in West Springfield, I've always been familiar with the area, as I constantly drove by doing routine errands. After returning to mass from a decade in Florida, I knew I had to stop in. Nicole in the office was very pleasant and I just got a good feeling overall. Walking back out to my car I bumped into one of the residents who had nothing but great things to say as well. The Courtyards is unlike any apartment I've ever had. Everyone is so friendly and it's nice that the employees are always smiling and in a good mood. Good customer service goes a long way with me, so this was a big selling point. I don't have any pets, but it's nice that they take them, & the location itself is unbeatable. I recommend them.

I’m so happy I’ve chosen to go with these apartments. I like that they were recently done over and my neighbors are all very nice. The move in process was very easy, right from the start and I liked that I didn’t have to keep going in person to fill out my application and to get approved. My office is close by and I like not having to worry about where I’m parking.
