Deal with the devil looks more promising

Move here ONLY if you have no other choice! Anything that needs fixing in your apartment will take MONTHS for the landlord to fix. Drug dealing is open and obvious. The walls have very little insulation so you are very aware of your neighbors.Everyone's rent just got jumped up $75 to $150 so that no matter what size apartment you have the rents are the same, and they are due to go up again.There is NO regard for ability to pay. Now we will be paying half our monthly income just to live here and... all dreams of saving for a car is gone. Originally this place was perfect - rents were based on income, there is a bus stop in front and a store next door. Now we can't afford to move anywhere else, we're stuck.
