I’ve had a good overall experience living in this community. The staff is responsive and helpful whenever I have a concern, and maintenance requests are usually resolved in a timely manner. The location is convenient, and the building amenities make daily life easier. The common areas are well kept, and parking is generally available without hassle. While there can occasionally be noise, the community feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay here and would recommend it to... others looking for a comfortable place to live.

Its Nice Experience, strong community ties, and access to nature and amenities that make it a standout place to call home.

Northborough is known for being safe, welcoming, and family-friendly. Many residents have lived here for generations and describe the town as having a strong sense of history and connection.

I am here in this community from last 3 years and have very positive feedback about this place. Their leasing office staff and maintenance staff are quite polite and efficient. Walmart is at walkable distance. The view from this community is so beautiful

We were really enjoying it until cockroaches started appearing in the hallways in the laundry room and in our apartment, the residents of this building don't like to keep a clean environment, besides that almost every day we get stuck in the elevator because it gets stuck and doesn't open the doors and they take a long time to help you.
