Excellent experience

The community is well maintained with several amenities and located close to several stores for convenience. The apartments are spacious with modern layouts. The move in process was very easy and streamlined. Specifically, Barbara was a huge help in answering all of our questions and accommodating a quick move-in.

Highly Recommend

Enclave at Box Hill treated me well when I lived there for two years. The apartment complex had everything I needed from dog walking trail to a gym. The maintenance crew are the best and respond quickly to any issues. The location is unbeatable being tucked away yet so close to so many shops. Great experience, highly recommend.

Great Community and Service

This morning I requested service for my Mother who has lived here for 7 years. Gideon, the Asst. Service Manager was there because my Mother’s AC was not working within 20 minutes and the repair was made shortly after. He asked if he could return later to check that AC was still working. It’s going to be 100 degrees today! What great service. I also called Barbara in the office, since I don’t live close to my Mother. She always goes above and beyond! There have been several property managers... and they have always been responsive to residents needs. I highly recommend the Enclave at Box Hill.

It's a nice place

We moved here around 8 months ago. Its a well maintained and nice place to live. Maintenance is pretty responsive and nice, and the amenities and activities they offer are great too.

Finally a place that feels like home!
