This is an overall great place to live! The only two complaints I have are about the parking situation and the mail room. There seems to never be enough parking even with the overflow parking lot being used. There are several cars who are parked where they’re not supposed to.The mail room is often very packed and very hard to find the things you’re looking for.

As the community continues to grow, parking has become a huge challenge. Enforcement of the park rules is paramount, especially thought parking along curbs, etc in the parking lots. I was unable to get out of my "legal" parking spot on the front lot one morning because cars were lined up along the curb.
Reminder about picking up after your pets would be good as well. It seems that winter and cold temperatures has resulted in people not doing so.
Package room improvements have been... great!
People are friendly.

The Leasing team has been outstanding to work with.
Facilities answered all our questions during the walk through and was very friendly.
I enjoy the community feel and the residents I have met so far have all been very friendly and helpful.
