If you have high standards for where you live, (seriously) I would definitely recommend Sandy Farms and the Bozzuto brand. Bozzuto brand apartments are definitely a cut above the rest. Bozzuto's mission of 'creating sanctuary,' really hits the bullseye! We feel like we moved into a RESORT. I literally feel like I live in a hotel.
To the management, rental office/leasing team and Bozzuto: Kudos and Magnifique! You guys really know what you're doing! Keep up the great work.

I just moved in, but everything has been great so far! The only thing I have been disappointed about is that I was told during the tour that the pool would light up with colored lights at night and it has yet to happen on any night. I am hoping it might just be temporarily broken but I was looking forward to the view at night.

The parking situation is getting out of hand. There is not enough parking spaces and people are lining their cars along the curb. People don’t pick up after their dogs and I wish there were events.
