Everything is nice here. The office staff is amazing and maintenance is responsive. There are a lot of friendly residences, but parking is a bit of a challenge.

Lived here for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it, not planning on moving out anytime soon. Love the area it is in and the staff that is here as well are amazing.

Smooth transition in. Very nice staff. Hot water is not a strong suit as well as water pressure but it will be fixed soon hopefully. Parking is the hardest part of this place

It’s been wonderful living here. We just renewed our lease last winter because we can’t imagine anywhere else. We feel safe and comfortable in this community. The only downside is limited parking and neighbors who don’t clean up behind their pets. Otherwise the grounds are kept beautiful, maintenance is thorough, and the leasing office staff are welcoming and warm.

The noise from the trash was a pain point, but somehow, it’s gotten better. So long as that continues, this place gets 5 stars! Communication is good. Maintenance is good. We now have an Amazon locker, so that’s good. It’s in a convenient location and I feel safe! Good pick if you’re looking for a place in this area.
