My unit is great; not having trash chute access in my building is an inconvenience, especially when it's winter weather and the bridge connecting the 2 buildings to access the main building, where the trash chute is and the gym;" the bridge is made with material that cannot be de-iced, so until it melts I/we have to carry our trash outside to the main building. Hoping they replace the bridge's material to fit the varied weather conditions of Baltimore.

Love it! Great neighborhood. Great staff and the maintenance team is outstanding. I would recommend the right house for any family. Even when things come up, Maintenance is right on top of it.

The Rye House Apartments are in a very nice, modern complex, in a good location. However, there is a constant issue of residents consuming Marijuana on the premises in violation of leasing agreements and the staff has done nothing to stop it.
It smells very strong on a couple of the floors. Additionally, I don’t want to be surrounded by people doing drugs. That’s not why I pay my expensive rent to live here.
