Patterson Park is an oasis and re-energizing center to the Charm City of Baltimore. Patterson Park has been running and walking trails, softball/soccer/turf... fields, tennis/basketball courts, dog park, an ice skating rink, an outdoor pool, and even more! This brand new apartment gut renovated summer of 2021 is a basement apartment with natural light from two windows. My wife is an artist so the apartment has many loving touches such as art and photography in every room. For access you can use the front door of the house, which is shared with an airbnb 3rd floor apartment, and an open event space on the second floor -- your apartment space is dedicated in the basement, but you still have access to the shared roof deck, which is huge and has a unique, phenomenal view of Baltimore (you can even see both Johns Hopkins Hospitals from the roof deck.) The kitchen has brand new butcher block countertops and a butcher block central peninsula with bar chairs, and there is a hot plate and microwave for cooking. Every room in the house has its own closet, and the apartment is fully furnished for your needs including a comfy couch with tons of pillows, throw blankets, and even a fold-up desk and chair if you need to take care of any business when not in the hospital working. The neighbors have amazing sidewalk/stoop gardens and from the bedroom window you can see Patterson Park across the street. There is even a local, boutique restaurant/bar about 15 houses down on the corner of the street, which makes ordering a quick meal for take-out extremely convenient (and delicious... we highly recommend the Mac' N Cheese!).
