Boston Crossing

I lived here for one year and didn't want to renew because the living experience was so bad that I couldn't enjoy my apartment. The bathroom had spray all on the walls and inside the cabinets to cover up holes and leaks, instead of actually fixing the problem. Good luck taking a bath, the hot water will run out before the water even covers your legs. The windows throughout my apartment were old and cheap, they kept popping out of place, I had to constantly pop them back in place just so that I... could seal and lock them. It was a very harsh winter and heat kept leaving my apartment because of the poor insulation and cracks. They said they were going to install new windows in every apartment but never did. Residents smoke in the hallways and in their apartments. The smoking smells came through the walls and every time you run your AC or heat you could smell it. I sold all my furniture when I moved out because I didn't want smoky furniture traveling with me, thanks a lot Boston Crossing! There were several times where I had allergic reactions because of the high intensity smells. I even saw people smoking in the hallway which was not allowed and the leasing office was only able to give warnings to residents, they didn't actually remedy the problem, even when I gave them proof of who it was. The neighbors in my building were constantly having domestic disputes and screaming through the walls and when I provided solid proof to the leasing office, they did nothing and told me that if I felt unsafe to call the police. I literally provided proof on several occasions of what was going on and was basically told to handle it myself, it was anything but peaceful. I'm pretty sure they had people who weren't even on the lease living there as I saw several people coming in and out of their residence and staying for weeks at a time. There were a few instances where my packages were stolen, only to have residents return them days later stating they had taken them by mistake. The apartment I moved into didn't have any outlets in the bathroom, which I have never seen in my life. Police would sit in the alley behind the apartments on several occasions and keep a lookout because sketchy people would hang out all around the buildings. The leasing office was constantly sending emails and letters reminding us about recent crime in the area and giving tips on how to protect ourselves. I’ve lived here for almost year. Within the year , i have moved from a one bed too a two bedroom. Great location , cheap rent , reachable management. There is a mice issue and in my opinion, maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing. Other than that , nice place to live

Brandie, the property manager is very kind and helpful. I love that any time I call even though I know she is busy, Brandie is able to help me with whatever I need. Chris and the rest of the maintenance staff is always quick to fix any problems that I may have and are very courteous. The best part is the resident events, it really brings a sense of community. I have lived here for over 20 years and would not want to call any other place home.

I have been here a long long time, I could not find a better place to live in Baltimore. Maintenance and the office staff are the best for sure! keep up your good work, it's appreciated!

My wife and I have been here for 5 years now and we love it. Maintenance are nice, professional, and punctual when addressing any concerns, we have with the apartment!
