Current Resident

Let me just start off by saying, I loveeeee my apartment! I’ve been a tenant at Hillen & Belvedere for over a year now. The staff is PHENOMENAL! I’ve never had any problems with my unit. If maintenance need to come and fix anything they come in a timely manner, even the emergency staff. Neighborhood very quiet. Overall I enjoy living here. Keep up the good work guys!

AMAZING!

I have absolutely enjoyed my time here as a resident. Moving in was a breeze. Office staff is super friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff is SO on point with everything that they do! I love that they come right away and fix anything needed. My children love the area. It's been quiet, enjoyable, and I plan on staying for years to come!

Terrible Place

We could not leave this apartment fast enough! ROACHES, BEETLES, BED BUGS THAT CRAWL ON YOUR FACE, MICE, and neighbors that smoke weed at all hours of the day. The building I was in lost 3 other tenants in a matter of 4 months. People all complained to each other about what was going on in their individual units, and the office's response time was poor. You had to REALLY complain for anything to get done!

plus a den?

I love that these give you the option for a den. it's hard to find a 2br plus den around baltimore, I have been searching for months. it's a nice, well maintained property from what I saw, and that extra room option is great especially when family visits from out of town. Definitely considering renting here!
