The Zenith

I came to visit the Zenith and really enjoyed my tour. The building is clean, well kept, and nice inside. The front desk and leasing team made me feel very welcome. I look forward to moving here for school next year.

I really enjoyed my time living at the Zenith. The property is well kept and the maintenance staff is incredibly fast and professional. They go above and beyond for residents, like retrieving my keys from the elevator shaft when I dropped them down. The community is predominately professional adults so it stays quiet and clean. The amenities are well kept but could use an update. I would happily continue to live here if I had not purchased a home.

Location is conveniently situated within the city with great views of Camden Yards! Awesome property management team as well!

The Zenith apartment is one that I can recommend to all who plans to live an apartment life near in baltimore near the harbour. The servie is excellent and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They always look into every residents needs and their assistance are always extraordinary. During our time in the Zenith we have a very lovely and very accommodating Front Desk Manager named Linda, she is always on top of everything when it comes to residents care. THe managers Candace and Brittany are… very hands on and they always make sure that every aspect of the apartment is in tip top shape. The maintenance team are very proactive, they always make sure that everything are SMothly. THey do have some mishaps but it is mostly zero to none, probably because they are always proactive and they make sure that it does not bother us.
