Great place to leave

My wife and I have been living here since November 2019 and we have to say that the property manager Steven and Kristin have been nothing short of professional and kind. The location is great. We feel safe here with our 2 little dogs. Great maintenance staff as well. We could not ask for more for apartment living.

Highy recommend Avanti Apts

We have been living at Avanti Luxury Apts. almost one year and its been the best decision we have ever made! Luxury at it's finest! The apartments are beautiful, common areas are always very well maintained, maintenance is always available, and the leasing office staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with! We couldnt be happier with the choice we've made!

Amazing!!!

The apartments are awesome and the leasing staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer at the time you ask them, they find it out for you and get back to you in a timely manner. I have had amazing experiences with one leasing staff member in particular and that is Katie. She is extremely friendly and has gone above and beyond for me. Additionally, the maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

The apartment floor plans are well thought out and the amenities are great. The location is perfect for getting to I95 or heading into town. It would be worthy of 5 stars if the noise level wasn't such an issue. I realize you have people all around you when you live in an apartment but the noise heard through these walls and floors is quite disturbing; heavy footsteps throughout the day and night, depending on the room you are in you can hear people talking in the neighboring apartment,… toilets flushing and even water running in the shower.
When I lived in an apartment many years ago I never had this issue. Either things aren't built the way they use to be or I just ended up in the wrong unit...

I WOULD GIVE THIS 10 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION

I just recently moved into Avanti apartments and I honestly couldn't be happier. For the past 4 months I have shown interest to several apartment complexes throughout Harford/Baltimore County area that included tours. The one that stood out the most and what they have in store in a few months is Avanti. The floor plans are superb, car wash, dog park, trail for that exercise/brisk walk, the pool which is soon to be done by March 2017. the staff is personable and friendly. The area, what can I… say? Everything you need is within walking distance. Get off work late, guess what!! DuClaw is a block away. If you are searching for an apartment that actually consist of luxury living and that accommodates you and your personal being, check out Avanti.
