Marrion Square Apartments

the maintenance staff were excellent. they do their job very well. they coming and repairing immediately and they are very respectful. but the woman who works in the lease office is unfortunately not one of them who is as understanding and good at doing business. When we reported that we could not sleep because of excessive creaking noise coming from the top floor of the apartment, she said it was normal and it was not repaired. When we are thinking and talking about terminating the last… contract, she said we will move you in the top floor. we accepted. We moved in December 2017. our rent has been increased by $ 10 like new tenants. we accepted. they said you had the signing papers you needed before holding the key. And when we asked what kind of papers? She said this is about your contract was related to your new apartmen. We signed it before we read it. On June 1, we would have contracted. This month we told to her we will move when our contract will end in june 1. She said you will be able to move to in December 2018. When we said that we were not aware of such a thing, the woman said that you signed the contract. We look at the contract, it says December 2018. My spouse and my english is not very good. She did not talk to us about anything related to rent extension during the move. It's just written on the contract. we signed the papers about new apartment, she said that it is related to the transfer new apartment. now she wants a 2 month rental fee for our move. our mistake was to trust them and didnt read the contract. but a lease office woman wrote us a direct lease contract without putting us idiots and telling us anything related to this. I have read all our e-mails. She never told anything about new leasing contract. Where can we know when the transfer of the apartment will be re-arranged for 1 year lease ?! She also knew that we were holding houses for the first time in America.. Whatever.. be carefull.. when you want to move this apartment, I would recommend you to contact Cindy who is lease office staff.. At least,she is more moderate and does not fool people. the best part of this apartment is that there is a maintenance staff like Wayne. you can trust it as if it were completely from your family. Wonderful staff in the rental office. Very professional and good customer service. My apartment building is always clean. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!
Large size apartment

Great building, with luxury style apartments. very spacious units, clean environments and friendly staffs. its close to major supermarkets, metro and walking distances to elementary and middle schools for kids. the rent is somewhat a little steep, but you get what you pay for. you will not regret moving here, i know I have not anyways.
