DONT DO IT

This place has been a nightmare. When we first moved in we had an issue with water bugs. Then we had black mold in our HVAC room that we had to get the health department involved with. Now we have a neighbor on the second floor who blasts their TV. Told the leasing office and she was no help. One second she was on my side then the next on the neighbors side. This neighbor must have their TV on 100 but denies it. We are looking for something else ASAP because we shouldn't have to listen to… our TV and the neighbors TV as well. Then be made out to be lairs too.

Rolling Park

Is a wonderful community. At first it was horrible and now I love it. Its like a total 360 with the place. We love our spacious floor plan and ample parking.

Love it here

Maintenance staff and the Leasing office staff are really friendly and attentive. Had some problems with some neighbors that use to smoke inside their apartment and all the smoke went into mine thru the bathroom vents. But that issue got solved. I have been living here for about a year and starting my second and I love it best of all Its close to everything!

I love rolling park apartments!

Although when I first started the other associates at the leasing office all had attitudes. They rubbed me the wrong way, but with a shift in employees everything is 100% better. I love living here and will definitely renew my lease next year!
