I do not recommend these apartments

I have been living in this apartment community and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing due to ongoing noise issues.

Almost every night, the tenants living above my apartment make excessive noise that sounds like constant running, jumping, or dancing late into the night. The noise often continues during hours when residents should reasonably expect peace and quiet, making it extremely difficult to get proper sleep. I work every day, and this lack of rest has started… affecting my daily life and overall well-being.

I have reported this issue to the leasing office multiple times over an extended period. While my complaints have been acknowledged, no effective action has been taken to resolve the problem. It is frustrating to feel that resident concerns are not being taken seriously.

One of the main reasons people choose an apartment is to have a safe and peaceful place to rest. Unfortunately, the management has failed to enforce community noise policies or ensure a comfortable living environment for residents who follow the rules.

I understand that some level of noise is normal in apartment living, but repeated late-night disturbances every single night are not acceptable. I hope management starts taking these complaints seriously and works toward resolving issues like this instead of ignoring them.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values a quiet environment, especially if you work early mornings or need uninterrupted sleep.

Not bad for the price and location

The property has gotten much better. I had to understand in any multi family living things won't always be perfect. Brandon the manager takes care of business, Melissa and Ciera go above and beyond. I just enjoy my space, and mind my business. This is also close to the beltway and many stores.

Don’t Do It

We’ve had problems with roaches since day one. The day our lease is up will be the best day of my life! Pest control, management and maintenance is a joke. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Please save yourself

Save yourself and go rent somewhere else
The staff are very rude
Maintenance is bad nothing get fix
Mice and roaches everywhere
Very noisy place
