I do not recommend these apartments
I have been living in this apartment community and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing due to ongoing noise issues.
Almost every night, the tenants living above my apartment make excessive noise that sounds like constant running, jumping, or dancing late into the night. The noise often continues during hours when residents should reasonably expect peace and quiet, making it extremely difficult to get proper sleep. I work every day, and this lack of rest has started... affecting my daily life and overall well-being.
I have reported this issue to the leasing office multiple times over an extended period. While my complaints have been acknowledged, no effective action has been taken to resolve the problem. It is frustrating to feel that resident concerns are not being taken seriously.
One of the main reasons people choose an apartment is to have a safe and peaceful place to rest. Unfortunately, the management has failed to enforce community noise policies or ensure a comfortable living environment for residents who follow the rules.
I understand that some level of noise is normal in apartment living, but repeated late-night disturbances every single night are not acceptable. I hope management starts taking these complaints seriously and works toward resolving issues like this instead of ignoring them.
I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values a quiet environment, especially if you work early mornings or need uninterrupted sleep.
