Belcove Place

I want to sincerely recognize the outstanding service at Belcove Place during the 2025–2026 winter storm season. The snow removal from both the parking lot and sidewalks was handled quickly and thoroughly, which made a stressful situation much easier for residents.

As a disabled veteran currently in a cast, walking in icy conditions is especially difficult and dangerous for me. What truly stood out was the level of care shown by the Maintenance team. They proactively looked out for me to ensure... I would not slip and took extra steps to make sure the walkways were safe.

That kind of attentiveness and genuine concern goes beyond routine snow plowing — it reflects a community that truly cares about its residents. I deeply appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion shown during the storm.

I lived in bel air for a while, I love this place, it’s walking distance from loonies pub.. anytime I have any questions Ceressa is always so helpful and nice.. she’s very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions.. definitely would recommend this complex!

During my apartment search the lady in the office named ceressa was extremely kind & helpful and made this a very easy process with her communication although the prices of the apartments I toured were not in my range I was still considering these apartments another thing I did not like that with me having younger children the playground was pretty far back in the community.

Ceressa gave me a tour of the community and i was highly impressed!
The one bed room is so cozy, the gym is really nice & the pond on the property is gorgeous. Belcove Place is on my list of places to move to

I was able to tour some of the units with the leasing agent Ceressa she was kind, accommodating and able to answer all of my questions. The units I visited were clean, newly/recently renovated and a nice size. Overall the property was clean with welcoming friendly staff in a QUIET community!
