My wife, our newborn baby, and I moved into Avenue Grand Apartments in November 2024, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The neighbors are friendly, the maintenance team is consistently responsive, efficient, and courteous, and the administrative staff is both welcoming and accommodating. I’ve been at Avenue grand almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff is amazing, repairs are quick (I haven’t really needed any), my unit was great at move in. The complex is kept clean, the community is friendly and the location is perfect distance from the city for those who commute with easy access to the highway. The amenities are also well kept and they do a great job at communication, and creating events for residents. 10/10 definitely!

I moved in a little after the property opened. It’s been hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made over the past years regarding where to live. The staff is wonderful, my neighbors are truly delightful and the property is beautiful! The thing I love about this property is they actually make sure to keep it well cleaned and maintained! Another unexpected plus was how much my extended family appreciates my complex! We were able to host a birthday party in the community center/leasing office... building and just the layout of the lounge area knocks out 80% of the headache trying to plan such a big event! There’s enough spaces, tables, chairs and beautiful interior design to make any social event there and wonderful and elevated experience. My niece loves the park and pool during the summer! Lastly the little social events held by the leasing office, fitness classes and friendly staff has made this a favorite property of mine.
