Had issues with flooring and spoke with the Manager. He came out and view the problem. New sealing and flooring has been scheduled for replacement. Timing of repairs will be completed as requested.

Moved here in September 2023 when I first moved I kept seeing crickets, spiders, silverfish etc. In October 2023 constantly reaching out to management to get pest control to come! No response! I then had terminex come out to do an inspection and sent over the report to the property manager of what they found..no response. Almost a year later they refuse to do anything!! But wants to increase rent. Now there are field mice running around! And they refuse to do anything after multiple emails and... maintenance's request! Refuse to do a seek and seal! I have an infant in the home who constantly puts his hands in his mouth. Unacceptable for people who call themselves “management” . DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE ! Management terrible! Maintenance excellent!

Rent is high but location is perfect. maintenance is on time, no pest problems. spacious rooms and good appliances, no issues with washer and dryer. quiet neighborhood some lots are harder to park then others.

First, let's talk about the water leaks, the mice, and other rodent infestations. Not to mention the level of crime. Cars are being broken into. Property damage is occurring from menace children. Trash and dog poop EVERYWHERE. Then we have the property manager David. He does not listen to problems, takes everything personally, and does not concern himself with the safety or well-being of his tenants. There is no security and there are shootings around this area almost every night!
