Affordable, Great Location, & Management
I sublet from another tenant which can be convoluted most of the time, but it was a very smooth and easy process with this company. The units have a lot of sunlight and space. The location is barely a 5 minute walk to the metro, and it's right in downtown Bethesda. For the price and location, its perfect. Although the buildings may be a little older, I never had any issues and everything is very well taken care of. Daniel, the property manager, lives on site and is very responsive with all... communication. Of all my experiences with renting, Daniel and this company have been the most responsive and professional.
