Worst experience
Since I moved here, I had two water leaks in my apartment within the first month. It has now been two weeks without water in my kitchen. I am tired of emailing the leasing office. They repeatedly promise that someone will come to fix the issues, but no one ever shows up. This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had, and I deeply regret moving here. The leasing office does not seem to care about residents’ concerns. Maintenance is sent whenever they choose, without regard for... whether tenants have access to essential services such as running water.
