Ashford Meadows really is a great place to live. Yes, it has both pros and cons but as a large family (4 adults plus a dog) that needs wheelchair access...the pros are SO MUCH BETTER than the cons. This neighborhood truly checks off the boxes for what people need...close to any variety of transportation along with plenty of walking spaces, a solid variety of grocery shopping and dining choices...both American and ethnic. The area is family friendly and yet remarkably quiet and safe...no… worries in over 3 years here. And one of the best parts is that the price is great. Move in was not as smooth as expected. Thermostat wasn’t working. Also, there is a pest and rodent problem, which if not careful - can lead to infestation within homes.

Before i moved in i had a few questions and called during business hours and no one answered the phone nor called me back after leaving a message. On move in day i than received emails that i felt that should had been sent days prior to my move in date. After signing my lease (we all know how much we had to pay to move in) No one showed me around or did a proper walk through the apartment. Also after being here for little over a month I noticed that trash removal pick and choose when they want… to come and pick and choose what they take i had a pizza box that sat for 3 days before i came to the conclusion that they may not take it. Also it would be nice if they will give us their schedule so we would know when to sit out our trash. It's bothering to walk past trash thats been sitting for days.
