Westchester Tower Apartments

This is the first review I’m writing in my entire life. It’s been 2 months since this property is unable to refund my admin fee per their policy. If you apply for an apartment there’s a $300 refundable admin fee if you do not get the apartment. Every time I call they either hang up or send it to voice mail. I have succeeded to have them twice on the phone and both times they have given me the same answer “ your name and number has been sent to the manager to process your payment” yet I have not... received my money. Whoever the manager is - please refund my money. To deduct that money was very easy and I expected the refund to be easy too. Do not make me drive over there. The apartment community is very nice and clean on the outside the landscaping is always taken care of when you enter the lobby it's stunning always clean. However it's the apartment where you live that needs to be updated in terms of the roach problem, the mouse problem. This is a very old building and unfortunately over the years management did not attend to be upkeep of the electrical, plumbing, windows, elevators

Few years ago it was too loud around here, now it is. Rats and roaches. Smoking is now also common and the smell affects none smokers. Also with kids and babies around this isn’t good for their up bringing.

Living here for 5 years and have no issue the only problem we have is that we can not adjust the AC and heat we have to wait for the managements to turn it on heat in winter and AC in summer..

Unprofessional since day one , I had to go to the management company to get help. I wish the staff was better overall. I moved in and nobody was aware that my wife and I were supposed to. The new apartment they gave us was extremely dirty and broke. I love the potential of what it can be but just a few things need to change here.
