Quiet?

I am amazed at the number of reviews stating its a quiet place. I would love to know which building you live in so that I could put in a request for a transfer because as I am typing this message people are fighting and screaming and its only noon, and at night the smell of weed is in my apartment which actually caused my alarm to go off at 2:21 am two weeks ago. I will not even bother bringing this up to the management team anymore because complaints are labelled as neighbor disputes. I am... just looking for a better place so I can break my lease asap.

Not worth the price. Poor management that is not very helpful. Rats around the property! People don’t clean up after their dogs and the playgrounds are in a poor condition.

I've been living at Milestone Apartments for around two years. The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The gym and other amenities are also well-kept and convenient. However, the rent has increased significantly, and there's no incentive or consideration for long-term residents. With the rising costs of moving, it's becoming harder to justify staying or leaving. It would be great if management could offer some benefits to those who’ve... been here for over 12-15 months.

Everyone in my building have been nice, people usually stay to themselves. The community is kept clean and things get fixed in a timely manner. I’ve had a package misplaced and someone was kind enough to drop it back off at our door.
