Would like to see more social events and opportunities to meet other residents.

Also, Mail Room elevator has been broken since May!!!! We need that elevator!

It alright. I wake up at least three days a week because my apartment is right above were the trash gets picked up at 4:30am. You can imagine what a shock it was the first couple of times. I wish someone would have told me. The other thing that I
don’t like is when my bill is incorrect. When I moved in I brought a cashiers check for the rent and deposit. You can imagine my surprise when I received my bill the next month saying I hadn’t paid my deposit. When I called downstairs they said that it... was placed under the wrong account and that is why it was showing that way I asked them to change that because I didn’t like anything that is not truthful. They didn’t. Now this month I get a bill saying I didn’t pay a lot of little fees. I called and told them I paid everything you said I owed. They said that everything arrived late that why they were not on the bill. I told them the bill should say that not something that is untrue. I don’t like that at all.

Staff is good. Cleaning in the hall is nonexistent. I have asked for the hall carpet to be vacuumed and it hasn’t happened in more than a month. Maintenance is good.
