Awesome Ashton Green

I am giving Ashton Green an excellent review for several reasons. I will start with the best leasing agent that I have ever encountered in my life( and I am officially a senior in age now. : )
I am referring to Ms. Nicole. Ms. Nicole makes you feel instantly at home from the moment that you walk into the rental office. I really respect Ms. Nicole , because she treats everyone with the utmost courtesy and respect. I really appreciate Ms. Nicole and her exceptional work ethics. Ms. Nicole made the… tour at Ashton Green a very nice and wonderful experience for both my youngest Son and myself. Ms. Nicole is very informative and very knowledgeable in her position at Ashton Green. Make no mistake about it, Ms. Nicole is definitely the face of Ashton Green !!! ( Ms. Nicole deserves to receive a bonus check with each and every single one of her paychecks. She definitely earns her pay ! 100% !!!!!! )
As far as the property, it is very, very well-maintained. In addition, it is exceptionally clean; quiet, spacious, and simply stunning… inside and out !!!! Ashton Green has every single thing that I like and need, including the fact that Fur Babies are welcome, as well ! I am a future resident and I am humbly looking forward to calling Ashton Green my new place of residency . Ashton Green is so awesome and beautiful, that it just screams , “ Welcome Home ! “ , and you can just feel positive energy there. Big Kudos from me to Ms. Nicole, and thank you so much for your professional services !!! You rock, Ms. Nicole ! May God continue to bless you and your Family, Ms. Nicole !! : )

Drugs & trashy neighbors

Neighbors in my building constantly smoking weed, a man stands outside by the parking lot smoking his weed. I see drug deals go down.. this place is close to Clarksville but definitely another trashy Columbia apartment complex. Neighbors don’t watch their kids, kids are running in the streets and leaving their bikes in the parking lot. I can’t wait for my lease to be up! Only pro is maintenance workers are efficient and friendly.

Outstanding management team!

I have been living at Ashton Green for a little while now and the management team is excellent; anytime I had a problem, they went above and beyond to solve it! I have been very happy with the place!
