There were some problems primarily with the appliances in the unit upon move-in which were stressful, but maintenance and management were very helpful in addressing these as quickly as possible. The location is in a nice area that's quiet but still close to Columbia's town center and multiple village centers/squares. It's also near lots of walking paths and has plenty of parking.

Moving in was great and exciting. The staff seem very friendly and generally helpful. Maintenance is pretty slow though and it’s just easier to do things yourself if you can.
