No show

They only allow u to submit a review if it’s high starts so ignore that but I Booked a tour here, when we arrived no one was there, the lights were out, curtains were pulled down and closed so you can’t see in the offfice, it was 100 degrees outside so we waited in the gym that’s next to the leasing office which you can access with no problem with no key or anything, it was extremely dirty. While we waited we called every number we could find attached to them including maintenance about 10 times… , we waited an hour and no one arrived, or ever returned our call, it’s been a week. This was during normal operating business hours as well, thanks for nothing! And a waste of 40 minutes ride + gas lol.

New management is the worst!

This was a really nice community to live in, but new management are never at the office, they don’t answer phone calls or say they’re going to fix things and you keep waiting and waiting and nothing. They don’t care at all about their tenants just the money.

Place is dirty

Don’t let the good reviews fool you. The place is a mess ever since new management took over. Trash is all over the place and now many tenants have rats or rodent problems. No one in the office to take care of problems. If you’re looking to move here drive by one day and look at the trash to realize bad reviews are true.

Don’t Rent Here / Employees in Leasing Office are RUDE.

The community amenities and apartment amenities are not accurate at this time. Owner is advertising amenities before installing them. There is no sauna or playground. Trash is definitely not included as an amenity. Leasing staff has yet to work a full day as stated by their hours of operation. There is no onsite maintenance. Services are contracted out. It takes a month or longer to have a maintenance worker fix any service request submitted. The service request tab has been removed from… app and online to make it harder to request service. Leasing office does not return phone calls if you leave a message. Machines in washroom are not all fully operational. If you’re looking for a rental community don’t bother with this place all they want is the rent.

New management ruined a good place

New management took over in December and things are terrible. There’s never anyone in the office and the property is not cared for. Trash all over the place and can’t get anyone for maintenance to help. Increased prices yet the management running this place is terrible just collecting checks but not fixing anything
