I’ve been living at Motiva Apartments for a little over 3 years now, and I can honestly say this is the happiest and most comfortable I’ve ever felt in an apartment community. Motiva has been through a few management transitions over the years, but I’ve grown to truly appreciate and respect Murn Properties. Since they took over, you can see and feel the difference. They’ve made it their mission to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and with real intention. They’re one of the only… management companies I’ve ever experienced that consistently answers the phone, follows up, and actually fulfills work orders promptly. That alone says a lot!

I have to highlight India, our property manager. She has been absolutely stellar since day one. Professional, direct, and incredibly reliable — she always follows up to make sure whatever I needed was taken care of. Most property managers do the bare minimum, but India treats residents with genuine care and respect. She’s proactive, she communicates, and she takes her role seriously. It makes a world of difference.

And let me brag on the maintenance team for a second! They always greet you with a smile, they’re so personable, and they actually follow up after a repair to make sure everything is still working properly. I’ve never experienced maintenance service this fast and this friendly anywhere else I’ve lived.

Is Motiva on the pricier side? Yes — but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth every penny for the safety, responsiveness, professionalism, and peace of mind you get here.
