Arden Pointe Apartments

In my year of living here there were 4 different assistant property manager. The office staff had extremely high turn over as well. That alone made having issues resolved a nightmare. I can't tell you how many times I was told, "this is the first I'm hearing about this".
There is no sound proofing in the buildings. The upstairs tenants were continuously disruptive (fighting, yelling, slamming doors, children running in circles for hours, music at all hours). The office will do nothing if you… have noise complaints.

There is a big problem with loitering in the common hallways in the buildings. It is not uncommon to find human waste, pet waste, trash and drug paraphernalia in the common areas.

Each time I reported something to the office I would either not receive a response or be blown off. The upstairs tenants were disruptive until the day I left. It took over 6 weeks for the heat to be fixed during winter. I had to go in person several times directly to the maintenance office to finally get someone to come by with the correct part. It took over a month for the washing machine to be fixed. I could go on.

This place goes through managers, and staff just as frequent as you shower. There are rats all around the disgusting trash bins because the type of people they have moved in do not throw their trash in the bins. NOTHING gets fixed, there are roaches, trash laying around, dog poop EVERYWHERE! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY MONEY MONEY. Live in your car before coming here.

My roommate and I moved in on December 28th 2023. When we moved in the apartment it was not ready for us. No door locked, the main bedroom had a big hole at the door behind the door and the bath tub it was clogged (i forgot how many times we had to call maintenance to come over and fix everything).
Every single day we have had to open a ticket to the maintenance. We had an issue with dryer machine, ceiling leak, toilet.
One of the maintenance guys left the heater valve open and we had to call… the firefighters to solve the issue, our apartment it was extremely dangerous and smelling gas so bad. The office never did anything about it, not even an effort to compensate us for that.
If you walk to the condominium is better if you pay attention where are walking, you going to find a lot of big rats around. Recently at my apartment some of them appeared in my kitchen!!!! And guess what nobody did anything!!!

I moved in on January 13th, and it has been non-stop issues since I moved in:
1. The floor and ceiling are paper thin. Every single footstep your upstairs neighbor takes will be heard and the creaking is extremely loud.
2. The leasing office has yet to charge me the correct amount for rent since I moved in, and I'm about to talk to an attorney to have the issue resolved.
