I’ve had an amazing experience leasing my new apartment with The Six. From the moment I walked through the doors. Ashely and LaKeia on the leasing team were incredible to work with—so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. During my tour, they took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail, and ensure I understood everything The Six has to offer. Ashely and LaKeia made me feel right at home from the start. Their communication throughout the leasing process was excellent—they were always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure my move-in went smoothly. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in making the entire experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The amenities here are top-notch! From the thoughtfully designed common areas to the modern layouts of the units, everything is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The concierge team has also been amazing—always friendly, professional, and eager to help, which adds such a warm, welcoming touch to the community.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Eddie and the building operations team. They’re responsive, efficient, and always ensure any issues are resolved quickly. It’s clear the entire team at The Six works hard to create a great living experience, and it shows in everything they do. As an added bonus, the property is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, Metro access (Green Line), and just 10-12 minutes drive to the DC/MD line.

I typically do not leave reviews, but I thought it’s important to share my overall experience! If you’re looking for a place to live in the Hyattsville area, I can’t recommend The Six enough.
