DO NOT LIVE HERE
This is the first and most well deserved negative review I’ve ever felt compelled to write. The business practices at this property are deeply concerning in every aspect—from phone calls and emails to in person interactions.
My first poor experience happened when I contacted them about several apartments listed on their website. I made five phone calls and none were answered. If even one had been picked up I could have saved myself the time money and effort of coming in for a tour.
After no... response I emailed the property. Someone finally replied and I immediately sent my availability. Yet after more than 24 hours with no reply I decided to walk in since their website and on site signage advertise a 24/7 concierge desk.
Upon arrival I heard a resident clearly surprised to see the desk staffed. I explained I was there for a tour. The concierge simply asked “Is this a walk in I don’t think they will take a walk in” with no greeting or assistance. Eventually she checked with a leasing agent. After back and forth the agent reluctantly agreed to see me in 15 minutes.
While waiting I overheard residents complaining about the elevator not working. Thirty minutes passed with no action before the agent finally showed up. The actual tour lasted two minutes. To make matters worse the listings failed to indicate that these were senior resident units.
As I waited for my Uber I overheard a resident say verbatim “It would be nice if the front door actually worked.” That statement sums up the entire experience here. Everything from staff interactions to essential infrastructure is severely lacking. Professionalism is non existent and customer service is utterly disgraceful. I cannot imagine the daily frustrations residents must endure.
My advice is clear do not tour or live here.
