Creekstone Village Apartments

Just came back from 10 days in Cancun to find our apartment infested with thousands of roaches. Prior to leaving, we made sure the apartment was fully vacuumed, trash removed, and surfaces cleaned so we could return to a clean apartment. The roach infestation is completely unacceptable when you pay this much for a luxury apartment. My wife and I have no joke spent 6 hours killing at least 200+ roaches. We called in to get this issue resolved and the Creekstone management we spoke with down... played the issue and said the pest people will come in 8 days. She didn't call the pest guy and they said 8 days, she just said the pest guy comes to all apartments in 8 days. I guess roaches infesting the apartment isn't a priority here. The apartments are very beautiful. Everything from the landscaping, the dog park, the pool and other communal areas is maintained. The only minor complaint would be the parking situation. However, we have been assured that management is looking into fixing that problem. The staff at the leasing office are extremely friendly and try to help in every way possible.

A beautiful, peaceful, and new community. Amenities are great… Clubhouse, pool, computer room, gym, conference room, etc.

Close to major highways, restaurants, stores, etc.

What can I say? My apartment is the best! Top quality everything! Buzzuto continues to deliver, and is right in line with my taste and quality requirements. The apartments and the amenities are amazing. From granite countertops to wood floors and a nice garden tub. Perfect size, but a little pricey for how poor quality your neighbors are. 6 AM and there are kids running up and down the hallway screaming making noise and slamming doors. At least 3 apartments in my building have multiple families in one apartment.
