Brenbrook

I have been living at Brenbrook for 6 months now. The initial process was easy and the staff was polite. I do feel like I am overpaying for my one bedroom apartment. The Patriot is small. It will only do if you live by yourself. On the description of The Patriot it states that you have an office between the master bedroom and the bathroom. It is not an office, It is more like a vanity area where you store your bathroom items. It's not a separate room. Also, they have a ridiculous that you must… have a tag on your car or it will be towed and its true, 100%. I feel this way because the office has a copy of everyone's car information that you would think they share with the towing company seeing as that the managers in the office aren't the actually ones towing your car, but they do not. I made the mistake of having my tag fall from my car once and my car was towed. It literally fell on my car's gear shift. It was in my car. Also, my car has been parked in the same area for the past year you would think that the tow company would realize but no again. It's $280 to get your car. Completely wrong, but as long as you live here its nothing you can do. I do like the fact that they have a cleaning crew that keeps the hallways clean and also the outside. this place is ok. I lived there for one year and one year only. my lease couldn't end fast enough. every other morning there was bug on the ceiling that I had to kill. the exterminator was at the apartment at least once a week because of this issue. the front desk always had attitudes but maintenance was awesome. and the den had an awful smell and no one knew where the smell came from.

I love this community it has been a blessing for me and my kids. They swim in the pool, and I love the laundry facility because it's open 24 hours. Very close to Walmart and other shopping places. Within walking distance to grocery stores. I think it's been great, staff is helpful, and maintenance is wonderful. I really do love it here, and plan on staying long term.

I've been living here 3 years now, and I have to say its been a pleasant experience. Upon renewing I was given a carpet clean and full paint which made me very happy. Staff seems to be on top of issues, maintenance has always responded to any problems I was having. The pool is a nice bonus, and they do make sure people from other places don't fill it up so we can enjoy it as residents. Overall great, and I will be staying for a long time!
