Haven't moved in yet
I wasn't all that impressed with the apartments pulling up, seemed rather old and run down....but was looking for area and affordability. I live in a rather bad area, my boyfriend and I wanted something close to school and work but with less noise/crime. Every time I have visited the atmosphere is serene/quiet and is indeed surrounded by wildlife but in close proximity to 94. I lost out on amenities such as washer/dryer in my unit, updated kitchen but the price is rather phenomenal. Looking... forward to moving in.
