I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment community handled my situation. After a severe storm caused my bedroom ceiling to completely collapse, my apartment became uninhabitable. The collapse destroyed my bedroom furniture, clothing, shoes, and many of my personal belongings.

I was displaced from my home for 18 days and, during that entire time, I was not offered another unit or any temporary housing assistance. I had to pay out of pocket for lodging, food, clothing, and other... necessities while also dealing with the emotional and financial stress of losing my belongings.

What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and compassion. Despite being a resident for over four years, I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do to help me. I requested reimbursement for my July rent because I was unable to live in my apartment for most of the month, but my request was denied without any meaningful explanation or alternative assistance.

Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the condition of this property. A ceiling should not collapse during a storm, and I question the overall safety and structural integrity of the building. I encourage anyone considering living here to carefully evaluate whether this is a community that will support its residents when unexpected emergencies occur.

My tires were stolen twice.
Neighbors car in process of being stolen when I went out one morning to leave.
Multiple buildings mysteriously burned to the ground. Back to back when they were left without upgrades compared to other buildings,,,,just not worth the risk.

I have lived here since 2025. While I would have initially recommended the property, I cannot recommend living here any longer. The move in process was very accommodating. Most of the time, the maintenance is taken care of. However, the door into my building has been malfunctioning since I moved in despite multiple attempts to fix it. OK, I accepted that. The last straw, however, has been their dealings with the lease renewal process. I have had a simple request--remove a fee from the renewal... document that I have already paid or write me a letter stating I have paid it and it will be credited. This is a simple request so that I am not held accountable for a 1k fee. No one can manage to take it off. Not the property manager, not the regional manager. The property manager today literally skipped away and told me not to sign it when I said I would not with the fee on it. Love Living here. Is it perfect? No, but the team is doing what they can and putting a lot of money into the community. I have lived here for 7 years and it keeps getting better!

Used to live here a few years ago. Left as it was run into the ground. When my job brought me back to the area, I decided to look at the community as I was told that it was new management. Boy What a differenece! Charley was amazing to work with and the new upgrades are great!
