If I could give this place a "0" star I would. My kids live here due to financial circumstance and I pray to God they are able to get out soon. If you like crime-ridden, bug-infested, trash-filled living, this is your DREAM place! Drug-deals and shootings daily, even with their 24-7 "Security" cars cruising the lots (what exactly IS their purpose other than to frequent the Laundry Room?). And don't count on any help or sympathy from the Office staff - they have their heads in the sand and... refuse to even acknowledge what's swirling around them. Complaints to Management from decent renters (whether it's threat of physical harm or fear of disease from things floating around in the parking lots) are ignored. Maintenance/repairs are virtually impossible. Want heat or hot water? Well don't move HERE - you will go DAYS without it - talk about substandard living! And don't count on the "perk" of their "sparkling pool" on our hot summer days because 80% of the time it's "under repair". Whatever amount you pay, consider it WAY too much to live in THIS dump! The unit was dirty when I moved in AND had bedbugs. The manager is VERY rude. The rent is too high for this low quality place. They can't even properly keep track of my rent payments. Maintenance takes 3 weeks to fix anything. The pest crew takes even longer and then they don't do anything but spray a can of bug spray in a few places in the unit and put down unnecessary mouse traps. One worker lied to me about my rent payments and lease. The parking lot is full of potholes! My lights flicker... all the time. I cannot wait to move out of this trash apartment complex! Read More

I moved in about 2 years ago. Through those years I think Kings Lane has grown a lot from its previous reputation. I really love my 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately I will be leaving soon. They have spoiled me with low rent, awesome maintenance team,a kind office staff, and friendly neighbors. Attempting to move out of city really made me realize how good I have it here. I suggest that you rent from them. I really wish I could stay!!! Just want to say thank you for all of your help.
